How customers opt in to SMS

Auto Transport Solutions LLC (USDOT 3234308, MC #1014646) sends transactional service texts only to customers who request a quote or book a vehicle shipment with us and provide their own mobile number. Texts are sent from (315) 999-1132.

1) Website quote form

On our quote request form at autotransportsolutionsllc.com, the customer enters their own mobile number and must actively check the consent box below, which is unchecked by default:

2) By phone

When a customer requests a quote or books by phone, our agent collects the customer’s own mobile number and verbally obtains and records the customer’s express consent to receive SMS updates about their shipment.

What we send

Messages relate only to the customer’s own shipment: order confirmation, pickup and delivery status, driver name and phone with a live tracking link, and optional service add-ons. Consent is never a condition of purchase. We never sell or share mobile opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for marketing.
