What messages we send

With your consent, Auto Transport Solutions LLC ("ATS") sends SMS text messages related to your vehicle shipment:

Shipment & delivery updates — order status, pickup and delivery scheduling, live tracking links, and proximity alerts you configure on your private tracking page.
Account notifications — booking confirmations, payment receipts, and document requests.
Customer care — replies to questions you send us.
Occasional offers — service offers for existing customers, such as return-trip or repeat-shipment discounts.

Message frequency varies by shipment. Message & data rates may apply.

How you opt in

1. Website quote form. On our quote form at autotransportsolutionsllc.com you may check an unchecked-by-default consent box reading: "By checking this box, I agree to receive SMS text messages from Auto Transport Solutions LLC at the phone number provided, including quote and shipment status updates, delivery notifications, account alerts, replies to my questions, and occasional offers. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message & data rates may apply; message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."

2. Texting us first. When you initiate a text conversation with our number, you consent to receive replies to that conversation.

3. Tracking-page alerts. On your private order-tracking page you may enter your phone number and choose specific proximity/delivery alerts to receive.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any service. We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for their marketing.

How you opt out

Reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for help, or contact us at theautotrans@gmail.com. After you opt out, you will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further.

Privacy

We use your phone number solely to deliver the messages described above and to respond to you. We do not sell your personal information. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
