- What are the available transportation options for my vehicle? We can ship your car on open and enclosed transport. Open transport is actually super safe and usually much quicker to get across the country.
- How much does vehicle transportation typically cost? Anything below 500 miles is typically about $1.10 a mile and transports over 2000 miles are $0.70 a mile. Call us to get exact price.
- Are there different pricing options based on the type of vehicle? Sedans are typically cheaper to ship because they take up less space and are lighter.
- How far in advance should I book vehicle transportation services? 3-5 days in advance is enough for us but sometimes we have same day pick up.
- What documents do I need to provide for vehicle transportation? We typically assume you are the owner if you are requesting shipment so we do not need anything from you besides the keys at pick up.
- Can I transport a non-operational vehicle? Yes you can but it is a $300 fee.
- Do you offer door-to-door vehicle transportation services? We always try to get as close as possible to the person's house. We use 90' semi trucks so your locations have to be semi truck permitting. For cars in Massachusetts we use smaller trucks because they can get into many more streets.
- How long will it take to transport my vehicle? Coast to Coast is typically 4-8 days.
- Is my vehicle insured during transportation? Yes, every vehicle is insured up to $250,000.
- What measures are taken to ensure the safety of my vehicle during transportation? We put 4 straps on the car, one per wheel, only two are required but we do not want the car shifting during transport.
- Are there any restrictions on the types of vehicles you can transport? Anything heavier than 8,000 pounds and really tall vehicles like sprinter vans.
- Do you offer enclosed transportation for high-value or classic vehicles? Yes we do.
- Can I track the progress of my vehicle during transportation? Yes, we send you a Bill of Lading that has a button to press to see where the driver is.
- Are there any additional fees I should be aware of? If you put items in the car, you might face a charge for the extra weight but we can arrange for it to be included in the price of transport.
- How should I prepare my vehicle for transportation? Make sure the vehicle works properly and has less than 1/4 tank of fuel.
- What happens if my vehicle is damaged during transportation? Insurance is there to help.
- Can I ship personal belongings inside my vehicle? Yes, typically an extra charge of $200.
- Do you provide transportation for oversized vehicles or equipment? No.
- Are there any weight restrictions for vehicles being transported? Up to 8000 lbs.
- Do you offer discounts for transporting multiple vehicles? Yes, typically $200 off.
- Can I choose the pickup and delivery dates for my vehicle? Yes, we are completely flexible.
- How are vehicles loaded onto the transportation vehicle? We drive them on and off.
- Do you require a deposit to book vehicle transportation services? No.
- What payment methods do you accept for transportation services? Everything you can think of, we even take personal checks.
- Do you have any reviews or testimonials from previous customers? Yes but it is on a website that requires a subscription.
- Are there any specific requirements for electric or hybrid vehicles? No.
- What type of equipment is used for vehicle transportation? We have brand new Peterbilt 389's to haul them.

- Can I request a specific type of carrier for my vehicle? Yes.
- Are there any seasonal considerations for vehicle transportation? Florida snowbird season but other than that, no.
- Do you offer storage options for vehicles before or after transportation? Yes, we can hold onto your car for any amount of time for $10 a day.
- What should I do if my vehicle is delayed during transportation? Transport across the country has a lot of variables so it is better to expect a longer transport time.
- Are there any weather-related concerns for vehicle transportation? In the winter there is snow that can close roads for a while.
- How do you handle vehicles with special modifications or features? We make sure we can transport them.
- Can I cancel or reschedule my vehicle transportation booking? Yes, we are very flexible.
- What information do I need to provide for a vehicle transportation quote? Year, make and model, pick up zip code and delivery zip code.
